Payoneer is no Longer Supported In Pakistan

Payoneer has banned it's services for Pakistan and few other countries due to US regulation for Anti Money Laundering .
A notification mail is sent to payoneer users regarding this action
"
Due to a change in requirements from our regulators, as of June 1, 2010 Payoneer cards will be blocked for transactions in the countries listed by the US government as having strategic Anti Money Laundering (AML) deficiencies. This change will affect card usage in the following countries: Angola, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Sao Tome and Principe.
If your card is in use in one of the countries listed, we encourage you to use all funds by May 31, while transactions are still possible in these countries.
Please note that beyond May 31 your card will continue to be fully functional in all countries not banned by the US government, and we will be happy to load payments to the card without any change.
We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that the Payoneer card will continue to provide you with valuable service.

However there is good news for Pakistanis
They can use moneybookers as an alternative way of payment which is support on many free lance sites (for freelancers )
Moneybookers is just like Paypal not in use but also in terms of fees in fact moneybookers is even cheaper...
To get cash payment you just need to have a bank account .

For verification you need to have
Credit/Debit Card
A House :-) for verify address

One more important thing , as payoneer is closing its service on 31st may 2010 so you should can use payoneer's master card for verification as well
Why
Because moneybooker will charge 2 dollar from you account(card) and transfer to your moneybookers and will ask for exact amount from you for verification purpose
You can get that exact amount  no by logging into you payoneer account
otherwise if you do that a Pakistani card either you have to go to bank for statement or wait ...........
So hurry up

A very important thin
